About My Inquiries

The UASU-TUM My Inquiries platform provides members with a structured and convenient way to raise issues, concerns, questions and requests directly with the Union.

Members can submit an inquiry through the platform and receive feedback and updates from the Union as the matter is reviewed and addressed. Each inquiry is securely recorded in the Union's inquiry database, providing a clear record of matters raised by members and the responses provided by the Union.

For the Union, the system provides an organised way of receiving, managing, assigning, responding to and tracking member inquiries. This helps the Union follow up on matters that require action, ensure that issues are not overlooked and maintain a history of how individual inquiries have been handled.

The platform therefore strengthens communication between members and the Union while promoting responsiveness, accountability, transparency and effective follow-up of member concerns.

How the Inquiry System Works

Raise an Inquiry Members can submit an issue, concern, question or request directly to the Union.

Secure Record Every inquiry is recorded in the Union's inquiry database for organised management and future reference.

Union Review The Union can review, assign and manage inquiries according to the nature of the issue raised.

Feedback & Response Members can receive responses and updates from the Union as their inquiries are addressed.

What Members Can Do

Submit Issues and Concerns Raise matters that require attention, clarification or assistance from the Union.

Track Inquiry Progress Follow the status and progress of inquiries submitted to the Union.

Receive Union Feedback View responses and updates provided by the Union regarding submitted inquiries.

Maintain an Inquiry History Keep a record of inquiries submitted and the feedback received from the Union.
